1.1 All Products on this website (which may vary from time to time) are available in West Sussex.
1.2 Certain Products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.
1.3 Some Products, Flowers and Plants may be harmful or poisonous, Mamas That Flower do not accept responsibility for
this, and are not responsible for any adverse reaction experienced by the customer and involved parties.
1.4 All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.5. Because of the perishable nature of products we advise you follow any instructions or advice given by us to help with the life of your product.
1.6 Prices include VAT.
Order / Payments/ Booking
2.1. During order or booking submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate bank details and postcode. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the ‘complete order or booking’ button on this website, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the online site.
Workshops
3.1. All workshop places must be secured by advance payment.
3.2. In the event of a Mamas That Flower cancellation, a full refund is offered.
3.3. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking please do so by email: hello@mamasthatflower.com
Any other forms of contact (Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger etc) will not be acknowledged as notice of cancellation. If you cancel at least 21 days prior to the workshop you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel between 21 and 14 days prior to the workshop you will be entitled to a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the workshop you will not be entitled to a refund.
3.4. We take the safety of us and our participants very seriously and endeavor to make our workshops as safe as possible. We will not be held responsible for any injury incurred during one of our workshops. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure safe practices at all times.
3.5. Photos and descriptions on our website are for promotional purposes only. Exact flowers and foliage on the
day will vary according to availability and seasonality.
3.6. We reserve the right to take photographs of flowers, arrangements and workshop participants on the day to use for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to this please notify us by email before the workshop.
3.7. Covid-19 policy: We take the health and safety of us and our workshop participants very seriously. If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend the workshop.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund if you cancel within 14 days of the workshop.
Whilst participating in the workshop please follow current government guidelines with regards to social distancing and face masks.
3.8. Cancellation due to Covid-19: If the workshop needs to be postponed due to government restrictions as a result of Covid-19 the following will apply:
- Postponement 14 days or more prior to the workshop: You will be offered a new workshop date, or a full refund.
- Postponement less than 14 days prior to the workshop: You will be offered a new workshop date. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund.
3.9. Acceptance of terms & conditions: In booking a workshop with us you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these at any time. In the event of major changes you will be notified via email.
Wedding and Events
4. Terms & Conditions pertaining to weddings and large events are available from Mamas That Flower upon request. Please contact us for a copy.

5.1. All names, addresses and contact information provided by our customers are maintained for Mamas that flower use only in order to process orders and deliveries.
5.2. All names, addresses and contact information belonging to the recipients of our flowers provided by customers are maintained for Mamas That Flower use only in order to process orders and deliveries.
5.3. All names, addresses and contact information maintained by Mamas That Flower are for their use only and are not

6.1 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this online site and/or the online service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the site and/or service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision.
